Questions about the plans
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan doesn't ask for a card, and stays free for as long as you're on it.
How do I pay?

Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately; on a downgrade you keep the current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
You see a clear message with the option to upgrade. Your account isn't suspended and your data isn't deleted.
What does “competitor prices refreshed every…” mean?
How often Moqaren re-reads your competitors' prices on its own. You can also start a manual read whenever you like, within your plan's limits.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no cancellation fee, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
